Definitely over-easy for me.  Though I don't mind scrambled once in a while, either.  Soft-boiled is good, too.

I don't understand how anyone can eat eggs with the yolk completely cooked.  I hate when I overcook it by mistake.  I feel bad for you, Freeze.  You never had the chance to eat real eggs.  I mean, seriously.  My mom is paranoid about eggs, but she was never to that point.  Even freaking out over undercooked yolk?  Wow. :x

Solid yolk tastes great, Mark. :| I used to prefer both equally, then some undercooked yolk lead to me throwing up my stomach acid for a few days, now I don't find it as tasty anymore. :x

Haven't been to a family meal (4th, Thanksgiving, etc.) without them. Just never really cared for them myself.
