So tonight I was intending on watching one episode of Rurouni Kenshin and then going to bed, and instead it got good and I ended up watching three. Seems like after 26 episodes they finally stop fucking around with tiny arcs and go for a bit more of an important and continuous storyline, which is what it's been lacking really.
I've not watched much anime lately, which is partially because I've just been busy with my work experience, but mostly because the only two series I'm watching that aren't linked with Frostii (and therefore limited to a slow pace) are Mushishi and Rurouni Kenshin, which are both pretty good series so far, but they've been really episodic and when I finish watching an episode there's never anything to really push me into watching the next one (unlike, say, Hajime no Ippo, NANA or any of the other series I blazed through).
