My top choices are Knights in the Nightmare or GTA: Chinatown, the former being likely hard to find, and the latter being likely hard to get my parents to actually let me own. :\

Besides that, Big Bang Mini looks pretty fun, and Chrono Trigger DS has been in my mind for a bit, though considering Sean said he'd let me borrow it, and considering I know most of the bonus content now, there are definitely better choices.

Anyone have any opinions on these?

Get an R4. Then you have shitloads of decent games you can get, without even really being a pirate either. Plenty of decent homebrew and JP-only (or in my case JP and US only) games out there.

Yeah, that's true. There's a pretty strong homebrew community for the DS. I'll probably get one, one day.

Also, Knights in the Nightmare would probably be your best choice. I only played a little bit of it so far, but it seems promising. And it has awesome music. Also, the Atlus name makes everything awesome.

bought GTA, and the idea is to buy both knights in the nightmare and bangai-o at a later date. tell me what you think of knights in the nightmare when you're farther through it.
