Wow, that's an awesome dream Jacob!  Haha.

I also had crazy dreams lately, but wasn't close to this computer and forgot most of them.  But I can give you a very vague idea of what happened.

Today's dream turned very erotic near the end so I wont describe it here. :x

But yesterday's dream or the day before, it played out like an episode of Desperate Housewives.  It had the creepy Desperate Housewive-y music playing and everything.  However, all the characters are having affairs with other random characters from the show.  Like, all the actors were in relationships with other people that they weren't normally in a relationship in my dream.  Then every single person starts dieing in these really brutal and shocking ways and I recall lots of blood.  But unfortunately, I do not remember how any of them died.  It was strange.

I think Lynette was the only one that lived. :x

I had a fucking weird dream last night, but it's really easy to analyze.  I've been playing too many video games, and wanting to play CoD4 too much.

Basically, I wake up.  It's the middle of the night.  I decide that instead of sleeping or turning on my laptop, I'll just play some Conduit.  So sit down on the side of my bed, grab the wiimote, turn on my wii, and start The Conduit.

All is well, and then I get on wifi.  I go to edit my character (cause there are several models, and you can change two different colors on the model), and, not to my surprise at all, the Scout appears, from TF2.  Like, the same screen when you want to change what he has equipped on the PC.

This doesn't surprise me at all (fuck after I woke up I realize how awesome a lucid dream would be D:), and I select the standard red shirt and brown shorts he wears.  Force-a-nature, Sandman, and pistol.  I get on wifi, search regional team reaper (TDM) and wait for the standard minute.  I get a "human" weapons match on Streets.  So far normal, except that for some reason my model is a scout X_X

Then when I spawn, I have a silenced M-16 and I'm running around Ghosting everyone in the fucking match.  X_X

So that's basically it.  From what I remember the dream probably was like 5 minutes long or something.  God I need to take a break from videogames.

I had a thought last night that kept me from sleeping, so I guess this is where I put it?
ok so I was laying there about to fall asleep, and then I thought to myself "I wonder if I'm aware at the time I'm asleep how much time is passing" and like the levels of awareness I must go through before I actually WAKE UP.  I became so engrossed in this that I really could not fall asleep so I couldn't try it out.  Made me so mad D:
There's nothing I can do but man,
I wish you weren't here with me

I remember a snippet of my dream last night. I was watching a musical happen right in front of me, on a cobblestone street, and most of the people I know were in it. It was awesome.

I wish I remembered more of this last dream but it was pretty cool

It was really dark, and we were outside what was essentially my house, except the landscaping wall was higher and ran all the way till the end of my driveway. "We" was a whole bunch of people, basically everyone who've I've been to school with and at some point considered my friend, ranging from elementary to high school. Everyone was my age, though.

We had these fireworks that you could toss at the sky. If you tossed a bunch within quick succession, coloured lines would connect the centers of the explosions and make cool patterns. At some point, the sky randomly changed. I gues I could best describe it as really low res pixely? The dark sky was made of massive squares of varying colours of darkness. Everytime a firework exploded, the squares "behind" it, from where I was looking, would become a slightly lighter colour, like more greyish, but they'd stay that colour even when the explosions were finished, so we were sort of.. painting the sky, I guess? And then really noticable 8 bit patterns started appearing, like massive space invaders! The overall atmosphere was really great, cause I was with a whole bunch of friends, many who I hadn't seen in a while and there were gasps of awe and lots of conversations and pictures being taken and stuff.

and then my alarm clock went off :\

oh man awesome dreams

First I had a dream that LC! came to chill with us (don't worry you were there Tina), and also randomly, I don't know really how to explain this, but gravity and friction had a really reduced effect on me. I could jump forward and slide around and stuff, which was really fun.
That dream went on for a while (not that I can remember much of it :\) and later, when I still had that ability but LC! wasn't there (it feels like it was a completely seperate dream, just with one shared characteristic), other people in my dream told me what I was doing was strange and that (really luckily) prompted me to check if I was dreaming. When I realised I had 8 fingers, I was pretty much lucid, and experienced much more control than I've ever had before over a dream, as well as experiencing a "fading" dream (everything was sort of black and white and sort of.. flickery, and not really there? also, i couldn't speak in anything but a croaky sort of whisper, which was really strange) so I spun around and that worked really well, I could see the colours become more and more vibrant and my voice got more and more loud and confident, as did my control over the dream. ..If only I could remember more of it! :\

lol I only just saw this
That's awesome. I never managed to have a proper lucid dream, and then I completely forgot, pretty much. I never do dream checks anymore, and I haven't been making a point to remember my dreams either. :(

Ha, in the shower this morning, I realized I had a lucid dream last night, and now I remembered that in the shower I remembered I had a lucid dream, but I don't remember much of the dream at all.
... dreams are peculiar things.
Anyway, I can't remember what inspired it, but someone mentioned something about me was strange, so I covered my nose and tried breathing, and it worked!
But like... I swear, these aren't genuine lucid dreams. They just don't feel like I thought they would at all. I immediately try to fuck shit up by making people levitate or disappear, and maybe that's like, too much or whatever, because it never works and I lose control.
But the thing is, the whole time, I feel like I can easily wake myself up. Ever been in one of those states where you're not sure if you're dreaming or awake, but think "hey, maybe I can open my eyes" and then you do and it turns out you're awake? The "lucid" dream I had last night was kinda like that. I felt like I was pretty conscious of my actual body, and that if I tried to open my eyes, I'd wake up (or, I'd be awake already, I don't know! in the dream, I was debating whether or not it was a lucid dream for that very reason). But this kinda makes me think that maybe it WAS a proper lucid dream, because of the fact that I had a shitton of control over my mind.

... why is nothing I do ever simple? :x

I had a really vivid dream last night, though I don't remember all that much of it. I can trace parts of it to GTA, Mirror's Edge, Jet Set Radio, various RTSs... it was, for the most part, a really intense dream. I spent most of it committing crimes and running from people trying to kill me.

This is bizarre.  I can't remember anything about my dream anymore except for one detail that may amuse some of you.

I was with three of my friends playing something online on an XBox or some other console of that may not even exist.  My three friends were people who don't even know each other exists or don't usually hang out with each other.

Anyways, our fourth player was online and it was nobody other than Snoggums.  She yells out "I call sniper!" then I wake up. :x

I'm not cool enough to have dreams where I'm talking to Colin Melloy...

instead I dreamt I asked for Ben Gibbard's autograph after a DCFC concert and then I asked him his secret for writing lyrics. Before he could tell me a crowd of fans ran up and mobbed him. And I was sad ;_;.

I'm going to document this right now, because I'm going to forget the dream later. Last night, I had a pretty... interesting dream. It was such a realistic scenario that it didn't really feel that it belonged in a dream, my dream no less. It definitely wasn't like the dreams I used to have (but I have to admit the dream before this one was some sort of 2D Platformer). But anyway.

I don't remember if I actually dreamed this specific part of the dream, or if it was just knowledge I was given later. My earliest memory of this dream was sitting at some sort of green round table with a bunch of girls. Supposedly, the girls hooked me up with this guy who was at the other end of the round table. He had scruffy, messy hair in a ponytail and was dressed in dark clothes like he was in a gang or something.

For some reason, I had to go take some random little girls to a grocery store or Wal*Mart or something. I don't know why or where they came from (probably babysitting, they were around ten years of age). I don't know how this happened but the scruffy guy was forced to tag along on a "date".

I can't remember specifically, but I had the knowledge that this wasn't the first time I went on a date with this guy. I was unsatisfied because the relationship was not going anywhere and I could barely talk to the guy. I really wanted to break up with him but I didn't know how. :x

Anyway, when I was at the store with the little girls I was pissed off that the scruffy guy wasn't doing anything to help me keep the kids under control. He also seemed to have brought along his chubby friend on this "date". And when eavesdropping behind a shelf, I heard them talking about me. The scruffy guy said something along the lines of, "Oh I told her I was 25 and she actually believed me hahaha", while I was too busy to really comprehend what he was saying or listening to him at all (it's pretty funny considering I do this IRL too). So then he and his friend walks up to me and says "we're actually 50". After, they start laughing manically and I'm just extremely annoyed. But for some reason, I still didn't know how to break up with him.

After, I hear one of the little girls run up to me yelling "Sarah's missing!" (one of the little girls, supposedly) and they all started panicking. So we all retreat at some part of the store and I try to devise a plan with one of the smart-ass talkative little girls. While of course, the scruffy guy does nothing.

I somehow ended up waking up at that cliffhanger. Geez that was long. Definitely, one of the more vivid dreams I've had. I didn't really understand the meaning but now that I look at it, it's kind of a typical wife/husband scenario. :') I think it also demonstrates my fear of being in a relationship and having real no control nor knowing how to handle it. Plus, my fear of being a moron and hooking up with a total douchebag, though I don't think I need to worry about that. :')
