how is the average person going to react to a 19 year old who has never dated/kissed/whateverthefuck
It's hard to say and impossible to generalize. Everyone's looking for something different and everyone has their own sets of things that they care about when they're seeking someone. Some people may prefer non-virgins with experience, others may prefer virgins without experience (our society makes it look like it's so, but not everyone in college has had sex), and others (I'd think most) won't care at all. This isn't the kind of thing where you can say "people think x" because there are so many different kinds of people.
Kezia, I have probably already said this before, and I seriously doubt you'll believe me, but I think you're horribly wrong about dating. You seem to think that dating is some sort of government-regulated activity with laws dictating when you do it, how you do it, and what you do when you're doing it. It's not like that at all. It's a personal choice. If you wanted to look for someone to depend on, you could do that. Since you don't, you don't have to. You can do something more casual. You can go for a night out with someone and then never see them again. You can not do it at all if you don't want to and keep every relationship you have at a friendship level. It's completely up to you, and I really don't think people anywhere, at or outside of college, are going to say "man, I'd love to be friends with Kezia because she's a really nice girl but I just can't be friends with anyone who doesn't want a significant other."
If you really don't want to have any sort of even watered-down romantic contact with anyone for the foreseeable future, that's your choice. But the frequency with which you talk about it and the way that you talk about implies to me that that isn't what you want. You're just afraid of dating because of the way that you see it. When you say "dating is fucking retarded," you're only describing one kind of dating. Yeah, it's the most common one, but it doesn't mean that a more casual way isn't doable.
