Nope, I have had it a few times, but never used it ever, but I never really understood what its for in the first place.

Well since BF2 doesn't have a buddy system like BF2142 it allows us to get set up in the same server.

I wonder if we'll ever get to the point when a new member makes an intro thread and the first few posts aren't along the lines of "Watch your English or Freeze/Polarimetric might eat your family"
