Good review, you seem like an adult writing that.  Now I wanna see it, despite not being a big fan of Zellweger.

Thanks.

Yeah, I didn't like her too much either in some of her past roles. She plays the role of a glamorous businesswoman in the 1920s quite well, though.

I've been wating to see this movie since I saw the trailer, mostly because I love 2 elements: Clooney, and football.

I'll probably have to wait until it hits DVD, though, because we already blw our monthly $60 for a movie and refreshments (:|) on Horton Hears a Who.

Nice review though, Freeze.

This sentimental movie marathon has taught us one thing.

LoL, I go to the second best theater in Utah with four other people and spend like half of that.  XD

But yeah, football and early 20's era really appeal to me, but not sure about the movie.  I'd like to see it now, at first I was edging towards not seeing, but now I'll think about it since you took the time to write such a lovely review about it.  =\

I think your theaters are cheaper then the ones where I live.

It can range from $9 per person (if you go early) to $13 (if you go say Saturday night or something).  And food is always ridiculously expensive.  Say $11-13 if you get a "deal" for two drinks and a popcorn or something.

So, 5 people would be $65 in admission alone.  $45 if you go early.

Then again, you could always just go to the cheap theater that has all the older movies and it would only cost maybe $3.50 or so.

I rarely go to movies because of it.  Then again, I usually get these movie passes for Christmas so I end up using those.

Anyways, to get back on topic, that was a pretty good review and I'm slightly interested in it now.  I actually never heard of it before, but that may be because I watch little to no television nowadays and never saw any previews.

Renee Zellweger can only play one role: anteater.  I don't like how she scrunches up her face ALL THE FUCKING TIME.
but yeah, good review, I might go watch.
also: lol, I can go to the theater for 2 dollars.  If I want to go to the big theater in town, it's five or seven dollars, depending on the time.  I only spend maybe fifteen on one trip.

I'm a fan of every lead in that movie, though I gave it a miss because it's a romantic and I can't picture Krasinski as any kind of war hero, though if he's a faker as is hinted, I can see why. Plus, I didn't know it was set in the '20's. I think I'll see this one.

Now, I guess this is a plug of sorts in a different forum, but the one site I use for trusted movie reviews is www.pajiba.com. If you want a laugh at least, read some of their reviews. I'd suggest 10,000 B.C. The first paragraph is the epitome of the Paj.

I'm not terribly interested in American 20s football; weren't there like, hardly any rules or something?  Pretty wild.

My whole family is like $25 because we don't buy and food/drinks at the movie theater; my dad sneaks in a water bottle or two, but that's it :P.  I'm sure though, if I went with friends more, that I'd spend more on myself/friends lacking money, around $20 - 30.  I bought those dipping dots things once; the little ice-cream spheres.  Pretty good actually...

I was actually thinking of seeing this, and now that I've read the first two paragraphs of your review, which, from what I can make out, was written very well, I just might do that. You're good with words. :3
