My December project: Which YOU get to help with!

I'm taking a hiatus from making Pokemon plushies simply because I don't feel like it right now, instead I want to do something a little more twisted and interesting. Especially since it's Christmas, so I might as well do something unorthodox and special!

Quite a while ago I found a My Little Pony figurine on the ground while walking home from school, so I picked it up and brought it home. Tending to my girlish needs, I ended up giving it a makeover!

I called it Peppermint the Demon slayer.

It was fun, so I have decided to do it again, except maybe a little more elaborate. My victim of this next makeover is going to be the trademark girl toy of all time: Barbie.

But unfortunately, my mom gave away every single one of my Barbies despite having collected dozens over my childhood, so my only choice was to go out and buy one.

Except the official Barbie is like $10 minimum so I bought a cheap knockoff at the dollar store for $2.


I was made by poor children in sweat shops.

Is this line of knockoffs called "Lovely Doll"? Or is it called "Lovely Girl"? Or "Fashion girl"? The world will never know!

And of course on the back it has a picture of a real Barbie (I looked it up, it's the same Barbie from the movie Barbie and the Princess and the Pauper)

Now that brings us to this:



This is where you come in, I need ideas for the multiple personas I can bestow upon this doll. I'm sure we're all sick of the generic Fashion Barbie or Bikini Barbie. Basically, what would make Barbie actually badass? How makeovers will I give her you ask? Well that depends on how many awesome ideas I get.

The makeovers will include custom outfits, different hairstyles and possibly some make up!

Also I may cut her hair if you have any suggestions for that too.

And I need a name for the test subject, though I don't expect you guys to come up with anything for that. ( and NO, I am not naming her Flacket!)

Now let us start this silly project!

I'll probably start with the dominatrix one since it's a lot easier, even though I love the Edward Scissorhands idea.

For Edward I plan to make a black body suit and mold separate belts and whatnot to put on. For the hair I plan to just mold a wig out of paper mache or something. The scissorhands I'll probably make from bristol board or something like that. Overall it will be very time consuming.

The dominatrix is more simple and I think it's a good start. I'll just have to make the stockings and gloves out of old black lace, a mask out of paper and Barbie-style panties (which they probably have a pattern for). The most difficult part will be the corset, but hey it should be fun.

Haha what should she wear though? A very prudish church outfit? When searching Mormons on Google images all that comes up is shirtless men!

Seconded. Mormons are a huge gay fetish, partially because of the whole forbidden fruit idea and partially because many Mormons are pretty damn cute. A Mormon that recently graduated from my high school is cute as hell.

And also: I'm loving the Edward Scissorhands idea, so I'm throwing my full support behind that.

Edward Scissorhands is going to be a big one to create as well as the dinosaur one. I'm currently working on the dominatrix one (almost done, just got to make the corset). I was thinking of doing the Mormon one after that since I found some scrap material that would be perfect for a prudish church outfit.

Haha, wow, I never really thought about it, but Mormons ARE cute.

The two Mormon boys that approached me on the street walking to my sister's apartment a while back were pretty attractive.  Now I understand why I faked interest. :x

There aren't any pictures of her backside since... well it's kind of a mess. :x I don't think it's too bad for my first try. Everything was made out of some old panty-hose of mine. I plan to start on the Mormon one soon.
